THE LODGE

Homeowners enjoy special benefits at Whitetail Club & Resort, but none more rewarding than year-round access to the rich jewel known as Payette Lake and Whitetail's 36-slip marina. Ownership also gives you privileged access to the 5,000-square-foot Members' Pavilion for private dinners, parties and dancing. Owners can reserve Whitetail's movie theatre, featuring a virtual golf station, and the attentive members' concierge can arrange reservations, water ski passes and more. The Lodge features tennis, racquetball and basketball courts, as well as fine-dining and casual restaurants overlooking the lake.

FISH & SWIM CLUB

The Fish & Swim Club, located on Betsy's Pond in the center of Whitetail Club Phases I & II, is a member only amenity. Recently completed, the facility encompasses Betsy's Cabin featuring a lounge, food service and large recreation room. The club also offers an outdoor swimming pool and deck extend to Betsy's Pond which is currently available for fly or reel fishing. An indoor tennis court and fitness facility in the works will be available for members' use in June 2007.

South facing and located just one block from the Fish and Swim Club, the fully furnished home encompasses 4,600 square feet, two master suites, two guest bedrooms, four and a half baths, knotty alder cabinets throughout, state-of-the-art appliances and a three car garage.
